If you dont understand what happened in this video... A group in the office were following the bets of another person, E.g knowledgeable friend, professional sports gambler. "The GUY," I believe they said the he went 60-27 which is a EXTREMELY good winning percentage for bets, he's "hot". This group was intentionally not telling Dave or Big Cat about these picks, for literally no reason and were being secretive. Dave and Big Cat are pissed because they gamble WAY more money than anybody in the office and could have made significant money if they were also following "the guys" picks.
Dave says at the video he isn't mad that they were winning but they intentionally hiding their guy when they knew he was really good. There is literally 0 reason not to tell Dave about the hot picks, and if he is your boss, it's probably even beneficial to tell him lol.
