Yes! I've been waiting for this one. I am a teacher and skyrim was my place to explore during the pandemic. I fell in love with this game and have explored every inch. Riften was always one of the more beautiful fall themed areas to visit. I love the environment here. It is one of the most relaxing areas to sit down, have a cup of coffee, and work.
Thank you so much for doing what you do. You’re a cool teacher and I hope you never stop exploring the realm of Tamriel, there’s so much to see. (And even after completing every quest, the adventure never ends with the right mods installed😉👍)

As much as I love Skyrim, and with how many hours I have it in, every time I play it, I get a strong sense of longing for how much better it could have been. Did you know the game world is 10x smaller than it is in lore? So much stuff was cut due to this, like the village of Granite Hills in Falkreath, a Jazbay vineyard in the Aalto region of Eastmarch (Yes, that is why it's called "Alto Wine"), or Nazeem's manor in Whiterun! Heck, even the "7000" steps to High Hrothgar is literally 10x smaller, with someone apparently counting only 700 steps. That's not to mention how much of the old lore was replaced as well, the way dragons and the dragon cults were retconned in, or the Imperialization of Skyrim's religion. I highly suggest FudgeMuppet's "Ideal Skyrim" video, as it does so much to paint a far more vibrant picture of Skyrim, especially considering how vibrant the actual game turned out. I often say I would never buy Skyrim again, but damn if Bethesda remade the game with some of these things in mind, I would eat it right up.
I do believe that is a result of limited resources… with what they did at the time they did. It was truly revolutionary and the fact that it still remains so revered and played speaks to that! Things can always improve… but perfection isn’t real!

ahh damn... so I've got over 2.2K hours in Skyrim (even more if you count Enderal) ... it's been my favorite game for well 11+ years. After the 10th Anniversary edition I played one more play through. (all those new shiny weapons!). I thought for sure I was done after that one... then I hear this sound track ... >_> okay maybe one more play through with "live another life" ...

Meh. Except the main theme, Skyrim's OST is vastly overrated. It's very quiet most of the time, with no clear melody or even a general mood. It feels empty and lifeless compared to Morrowind or Oblivion.
