The fass is definitely a loud pump. In my application the pump is installed a little too high above the fuel tank and when the fuel is drained to service the filters it takes awhile to prime the system and I found it creates an air bubble on the suction side of the pump which compounds the noise
I had a fass titanium on a 24v and never had it that loud. I currently have a air dog on a common rail truck and it’s about the same has my old fass and is way less loud than yours seems to be.
Glad you got this dentside ford F250 Running I can't wait for part 4 soon
Nice job .when it comes to linkages keeping the levers and the sweep area of them correct can be a challenge. Experience here helps for sure .

What transmission does it have and did you need to make any adjustments to the cab? Any info would be appreciated
Maybe mount the FASS system on some rubber isolators? I'll bet the vehicles frame amplifies it's noise.
Nice build as always. Do you have a list of all the parts you specifically fabricated for this build and if so do you sell a kit?
Any diagram of wiring harness are did you use the ford harness just curious have my own build going on and need few ideas on wiring situation
Can you tell me about the transmission thks
I've never heard a FASS pump be that loud. Was it run dry for a long period?
