Very nice…I have been known to grab a coffee and a chair and watch my tanks, then in the evening I swap out the coffee for a cocktail. Life is good. Thanks MJ
In the UK many aquatic business are inside much larger garden centres. The garden centres always have large cafe's, this would be an obvious place to have some tanks.
Wow I wish we had something here in the Netherlands. That one Forrest tank reminded me of Fangorn forest from Lord of the Rings. Was waiting to see a mini Treabeard 😛😁
Wow thats cool. Super inspiring. Amazing to see how high the quality of aquarium care and aquascaping is in Japan. Hope we have more of that in my hometown someday.
We definitely should have an aquarium café in The Netherlands. You know, I know a place in Winkelcentrum Overvecht. The space across the Pokémon store is empty! I think it's an awesome spot! People by merch across the street and then chill with a drink and bite with amazing aquariums! I'm still a noob at aquascaping but I would give a go at creating something that could come from one of Hayao Miyazaki's movies, like the forest in Princess Mononoke. I live a few blocks away and if you need some supplies, Froon is in the same shopping centre. It's a small mom & pop petstore that's been there for decades. They have some affordable hardscape available.
If you're paying $15 for a Starbucks Coffee, you're investing in someone's sports car. If you're paying $15 for an Aquagarden coffee, you're investing in beautiful aquascapes. Major cultural difference.
6:05 I love this idea. Do you think the wood is glued directly to the bottom of the tank so it doesn't float? I have been looking into this type of landscape for my betta's tank. Also, opening your own coffee with this concept doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. You should go for it! Thank you for sharing ✨
Hi MJ, pretty cool place and video! It's a pity to see the contrast between the fresh tanks and the marine one. IMHO they shold take the marine one out or make it to the level of the fresh water ones.............

@@MJAquascaping the clear lucite chairs and tables are the chefs kiss to this place!
Very nice…I have been known to grab a coffee and a chair and watch my tanks, then in the evening I swap out the coffee for a cocktail. Life is good. Thanks MJ
Love how they have a mirror as a background, makes it look rly deep and never ending, maybe an idea for the studio
The culture in Japan allows this , not everywhere could you have open tops and people not throwing rubbish or banging on the glass
This is also a trend in the Philippines, I didn’t know it reached Japan 😂
@@abrqzx The trend started in South Korea and this one in Japan is a branch.
Ah I know you’re talking about the USA and I agree. People are nasty to nature out here 😢
@@RejectHumanityReturn2Monke we have these shops even before 2015 tho. South Korean aqua cafe are much bigger thats why it got popular
Interesting to know
The tank filled with moss 4:32 gives such a zen vibe. Surely a place to visit! Thanks for sharing MJ
So hard to choose a favorite. All of them are beautiful. Thank you for the tour.
Awesome. I didn’t know this place even though I am living in Japan.
I will definitely visit there when I have a chance.

Nice video MJ! Looking forward to the next episode of your beginners guide.. grtz
Coming soon!
한국의 아쿠아 가든이 일본까지 수출된줄은 몰랐네요. 좋은 영상 감사합니다 ❤

Wow! That cafe is incredible. It would be such a relaxing experience to eat there. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Added to my bucket list for travel! Thank you😎
Totally do this! It’s so Zen, we need this now.
Thank you for sharing this with us @MJAquacasping I really enjoy watching all your videos.
What an amazing culture they have.
Beautiful footage. Excited for this one
So cool! I couldn't decide which tank I loved the most. Maybe the mossy one, I love the way the moss looks on the rocks.
Wow thats cool. Super inspiring. Amazing to see how high the quality of aquarium care and aquascaping is in Japan. Hope we have more of that in my hometown someday.
Your videos are top notch and very therapeutic keep up the amazing work MJ!
Absolutely phenomenal!
Beautiful!❤
Thank you for sharing for those who will never make it there!
You definitely gotta check out the korean one located in lotte tower !
I'm going to Japan in 2 months! I'm so glad I found out about this, looks amazing! I need to go
Beautiful and amazing.
Looks ace! Those lights are Week Aqua T90’s.
Looks good!
That is unbelievable. I would love for that concept to make it's way over here to the states. Maybe someday I could open something like this
We need café's like this in Europe!!
open your own chain of these cafes MJ, its really cool !
There so nice and relaxing
BEAUTIFUL
Nice 👌
Fantastic spot.
Great aquascape cafe
NO! I just went to Kyoto a few months ago... I can't believe I missed THIS!
I can sit here all day.
일본까지 진출했었군요 잘 봤습니다😊

Great video! How do you think they made the rocks at 4:30 look like they're floating?
It's a crazy structure, but the rocks are touching the bottom glass on either side and in the middle :)
@@MJAquascaping Thanks!
the mirror makes it look so much bigger!

I need one of these here in Las Vegas ASAP. I'd never leave lol
That’s cool. Hope some entrepreneurs considering doing the same around here. Much nicer then our coffee shop or fast food options.
This is also a trend in the Philippines, I didn’t know it reached Japan 😂
please come to Malaysia, we have one too!

Yeah I think it’s glued 👍
I think you should start a mj aquascaping cafe. That would be awesome. Im sure there will be a lot of customers.
So jealous!
Thats a large space for a major Japan city.
The lights are Week Aqua T90 pros.
❤❤❤
geweldig!
Imagine that long scape only with like 300 rainbow shiners😲
That would be sick!
This one is confusing. Kyoto cafe with Korean menu and aquarists. Beautiful nonetheless. Thank you for sharing.
Is Week aqua T90 pro planted light is suitable for 24×18×18 tank
Hi MJ, pretty cool place and video! It's a pity to see the contrast between the fresh tanks and the marine one. IMHO they shold take the marine one out or make it to the level of the fresh water ones.............
Yeah the SW tank really needed some love at that time
MJ! Big question what is your favorite type of fish?
Lights are week aqua t90 pro.
In Italy people would throw coins into the aquarium as if it were the Trevi Fountain 😂😂😂
Open one please haha I Will visit!
maybe some day in the future you can be the tour guide for us your subscibers
Thanks Mark, great place to visit, unfortunately as mentioned in the comments some countries wouldn't show any respect for this idea.
hi i was just wonder if you knew by any chance if azaqua delivered to Ireland and to other countries
No idea sorry, just send them an email? :)
@@MJAquascaping just ordered my uns 35a aio aquarium from them looking forward to scaping it soon

Bravo from Romania Dracula land 😂
I think I've seen this place in your videos before.
Mükemmel bir fikir benimde Türkiye'de kurmayı düşündüğüm bir tarz ve umarım ilerde finansal destek bulursam kurmayı istiyorum. Adı: Coffaquarium
MJ Coffee...do it
Is this the same AquaGarden company from Korea that is expanding to neighboring countries?
Yes!
What time did you go? Nice and empty. Guess the Korean aquarium cafe concept is expanding.
I was there at 10 am :)
??아쿠아가든이 우리나라에만 있는게 아니었네요...? 첨알았네....
Gotta be real expensive to maintain. The open tops wouldn't work out in many countries other than Japan
it'll be a nice idea opening something like that but each scape should be done by someone else like Mj , Md , gorge farmer, ....ex
Yesss!
It's absolutely stunning. Wouldn't work in South Africa. Too many unruly and disrespectful people
What if they have an earthquake? 😮
Was es nicht alles gibt..?!?! 😮
Dove si trova questo caffè?
In Kyoto Japan
Where is episode 4 ?
Coming on wednesday :) I wanted to take a quick break from the beginners guide and post a video that's suitable for everyone!
@MJAquascaping nice video and nice place 🥰
II love it! Buti think, it would not work in Europe. There would be thrown food and constant banging on the glas. Not nice for the fish.
Probably yeah...
South Korea's cafe makes this look like a joke 😂
Definitely better than Overrated ADA gallery 😂.
