    why the wood strapping? couldn't you just lay down foam boards, tape the seams and then install osb boards directly on top? Seems like an added step that's a lot of work that doesn't add much. I'll stand corrected if I'm mistaken.

      Probably because the foamboard would compress at each anchor point

      do you even need the board or could vinyl go right over top?

    That wood around the perimeter does not look treated it's directly on concrete and will rot. Either use treated wood or put a vapor barrier underneath it. smh

      They installed the vapor barrier first then the wood.

    Very bad expérience whith This product. I bought 32* panel on 4x8x1' in order to insulate my Floor exaclty the same on this vidéo. But... Very desapointed because the two sides are get off. Never Buy again.
