I absolutely love these videos. Came up as recommended and now obsessed!!! I have always wanted to be a pilot, but start as cabin crew to rase funds and get to know airbuses ext... I hate the fact that they do not give free water to the staff! I was feeling sick mid flight once so they let me sit at the back of the plane in their seat with the air conditioning on me and free water even though we offered to pay plenty of times. If I knew they didn’t even get free water to staff i would have bought them all whatever they want! From what the Ryanair employees have to go through I have extra respect for all the airline staff!!! ♥️
Awesome! Glad you love them! It's a shame about the water. We fill our bottles from the crew room (from a machine - probably tap water) or just bring our own from home. It's great you were helped when feeling sick . Usually crew do their best to make the passengers as comfortable as possible. That would have been a kind gesture from you, but I am sure they would have said it is not necessary 🤗 I remember a friend was a passenger on my flight and instead of making her pay I just paid. I wish we could just give complementary snacks and drinks to the people we know personally - but no. Thanks for sharing dear. While working there I met someone who was doing Pilot training while working as a CC.
I absolutely love these videos!! It gives so much insight on the job!! In the future I hope to be cabin crew for Ryanair and get my home base, Dublin. Hi Tabitha i am one of your new follower and i really love all of your Ryanair videos.i've been looking for videos like this about Ryanair. THANK YOU A LOTS.
I love your cabin crew videos there so informative Please keep them up :) ! Could you defo do a video that explains the pay because i hear so many different stories on the salary and it is scary ! Also I’ve heard that there is a lot of bullying within the company is this true ?
Thanks George! Yes I have already filmed a video about the salary. Please look out for it, because it should be up sometime this week. As for bullying. I actually experienced it a little and saw it happening to others. Some people are very power hungry. As disgraceful as behaviour is, I've heard it is pretty typical in the cabin crew profession. You musn't sink to their level otherwise it will ruin your day. That being said, you can also meet some great people who will make the exprience so much better! A good work day is determined by the crew you fly with, not the passengers. I hope my videos can help you make an informed decision. Heeey! Just had the interview and I’m waiting to be told if I’m in or not. Your videos are way more clarifying than the interview itself which lasted 15 min because the guy was in a hurry 😂. I asked some questions about the company and he LITERALLY said: if you need more information you can look for it on RUclips, there are plenty of ex-flight attendants sharing their experience. Hahahhah. Anyways, I’m curious to know if being part of Ryanair gives you the benefit of having a health insurance or sth similar. What about having braces? I don’t have them yet but I’ve been looking forward to starting the treatment and now I’m not sure if I should start it 😅 thanks again and take care ❤
sorry I don't remember everything I said in the video. Please rewatch if needed. There are multiple tests within the swimming test - one of which you need to inflate the life jacket after jumping in the pool.
Excellent video. I'm thinking about using Ryanair. I've been looking at the company and other consumer websites, and there seems to be a disagreement, as to what the company policy is, on using your cell phone to shoot videos onboard. Could you settle the disagreement, as to what the company policy is? Thank you.
Thank you! I think most aircrew don't like being filmed (I didn't) but you might be able to get away with recording yourself. I am not too clear on the policy.
Hi, Tabitha! I've been watching your videos and they are so helpful! I am in the middle of the recruitment for Ryanair cabin crew (quite slow, because pandemic) and I would like to ask you some questions. Do you know which cities hold training for cabin crew? And what about the base? Which ones are harder to get? Also, does Ryanair employ plus-sized ladies? Thank you so much!
Hi Joana! Glad you are finding them helpful. I only know of Bergamo, Madrid & Hahn for training centres. Usually the Spanish bases are harder to get - so I've heard. & yes Ryanair definitely does employ plus size ladies. I met many 😊
Hi queen , I had my interview 3 days ago online, they told that they would give me a response in about 2 weeks, do you think it's worth it , and were you able to save a bit of money from what they pay ?? Thanks 😊
I was able to save a little, but at the time I was also flying a lot between Berlin and London because I had to take driving lessons and pass my test, so that definitely had an impact on how much I could save from the salary. I hope by now you have gotten a reply by now 😊
