aren't ground crew directly employed by airports or handling agencies? as far as i know unless its a small airport the airline doesn't have too much to do with baggage. it's still sad that his guitar broke and that the woman in the background didn't care

Sorry this happened to you. In your opinion what is the best way to transport a guitar? I seen another video where sometimes you can put it in the overhead as a carry on if you’re lucky and it fits. Another option was more expensive but more guaranteed where you buy another seat just for your guitar to lay there.
