The fastest accelerating 200km/h non maglev train in the world! Although, it wasn't full throttle in the 2 departures in this video, I've seen it go faster in other vids. It's like 90-95% the acceleration of S-trains, which typically have their acceleration capped, like electric busses, so passengers don't fall when the train moves. 1.2m/s2 is the max acceleration for trains, with the before mentioned comfort and artificial acceleration limits I mentioned before, but they can go even faster by design.

Greetings from Romania. We already have two of these EMU s , but they are still in testing. Can't wait to see how they handle Romanias shit infrastructure... But I am really happy that the Romanian authorities, are investing more and more in rail transport.

Did NS also started to use the triple voltage ICNG for international services to Belgium? I saw one in the Schaerbeek rail yard one month ago, already full of grafitti. Or maybe it was just used for network compatibility tests and drivers training?
Not yet, they’re still doing test runs to Belgium for operation in the future. Probably next year.

Huey, rijdt jij nou ook op de ICNG? Vindt het echt mooi materieel man.👌🏽 Zou tof zijn als ik deze ook al mag rijden tijdens de opleiding straks. Wat vindt jij het bestr materieel om te rijden? De meeste die ik spreek vinden de ICM het lekkerst rijden.
Ik ben ook ICNG bevoegd.
Ik vind ICM zelf het minst fijn om te rijden.
Ik vind SLT en FLIRT erg fijn.
