Very cool. I followed your recommendations for the front but for the rear I did things differently. First, I used a set of helper springs in addition to a new set of leaf springs for a 3500. I went with hellwig. I also used monroe helper neumatic shocks. For the flip kit, I used the DJM kit because it allowed for easier installation (no need to weld), and it can be easier to adjust the angle of the diff. Take a look at it and it may give you some ideas. Then, that was too low in the rear so I "flipped" the shackle (so now it's pointing down rather than up). I havent driven it extensively but I'll c-notch if I find that I'm bottoming out too much in the rear. But the helper spring combined with the pneumatic shock seems to be doing a good job. It's no longer floaty like the van used to be and now its almost like a car.
Hey , I am wondering if I shiuldn't do the same as you .. can you by chance send me the parts number you used ?? Don't understand the helper spring part too .. Thanks
@@vlrdmtr Writing the part list and process would be insane for a youtube comment on someone else's video. I can email you the parts and description. I'm tweaking some things but its easier by email.
No worries man, you can share here. I'm not the Dajiban wizard. Just sharing info that worked for me to people interested. The more info the community has, the better!
Thanks for your informative videos! What size wheels and tires are you running? I plan on lowering my 01 with the 7390 springs in front and longer shackles in the back (no axle flip).
Anything's possible with enough time, money, and effort... And a lot of fabrication. My guess is that challenger brakes do not bolt directly on and need to be customized to fit

Nice! You should post a video about it

Does DJM flip fit for Ram trucks kit fit our B-vans? I'm also liking the idea of bolting vs welding..

Lemme ask you something,,, why couldn’t brakes from a challenger be used?
