Nigel is correct, people with trauma are innocent, but harder to deal with. Especially, can't just bring it up in the first meet with somebody, because you are kind of giving pressure to others.
hmm, the bit about trauma is surprisingly thought-provoking... i'm constantly dealing with my (C-)PTSD, and i tend to put it out there along with my ASD, ADHD and BPD because i'm an educator and i want to offer the world around me an option to talk to someone who can articulate how it is BEING a person who's going through life with those conditions. most young people i've come across cannot yet express what they want/need, and they can benefit from learning about/equipping themselves with things they can look into who they are and who they want to be / what world they'd like to design... on a more personal level, i agree with how nigel put it - 'surprises' lol cos i don't even know what would spark something and make me 'crumble' :p but then again i do end up learning from everything in my life, which can in turn be trouble itself, etc. etc...

Had to stop due to college load plus high educated korean parents want only three occupations: doctor, lawyer, or engineer. I suggest Japanese Kendo and this you can do even in your elder years cuz I am doing it.
I happened to watch a video of some Asian uncles beating up a racist threatening them in their own store. It was satisfying! It was moderately violent. The guy walked away in shock. It made it even more funny! 🤣
The Bruce Lee kick probably would work if you were a really fast Tae Kwon Do practitioner (or any other martial artist that specializes in kicking and speed). Most people aren't even close to how fast that kick requires to be effective, so don't bother if you are a beginner. Most of the time, boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu are treated as the most effective since boxing is both the most intuitive, and effective standing fighting art while Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a compilation of highly efficient and effective grappling techniques. You could possibly switch out boxing with muay thai since it is a kick-boxing martial art that allows you to know how to strike with all more parts of your limbs and you could switch out Brazilian jiu-jitsu with either wrestling or judo since both provide different grappling skills but are also highly effective in similar situations

So if any Uncle pats or pinches you on the arm, shoulder or cheek, it is seen as a sign of affection for a Niece or Nephew. Anything more or anywhere else....then just getaway fast, as that Uncle could be a D.O.M. (Dirty Old Man aka "Hum Sap Lou" in Cantonese) or Cheeky Grandpa ("Cheekopek" in Malaysian Slang). 😂🤣😜
