Fish (മീൻ) - 400 gm (After Cleaning)
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste (ഇഞ്ചി-വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത്) - 1 Tablespoon
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 5 Nos
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 30 Nos
Tamarind (വാളൻപുളി) - 10 gm
Water (വെള്ളം) - ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 4 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch Piece (Chopped)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves (Chopped)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 10 Nos (Sliced)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¾ Teaspoon
