XDefiant Ranked is a Disaster...

- After a month of anticipation, XDefiant Ranked Play finally released last week. However, after playing it on and off over the past week, I find that there are too many flaws with the system, the way it is right now, making ranked borderline unplayable. The Devs have said that they're planning to fix many of these issues, but for now, here are my frustrations with ranked play. I hope you enjoy :)

Lopsided teams . I.e. player levels and uneven teams i.e. uneven number of players.
They have to be very careful with the restrictions, its the reason why i quit cod ranked for example because only using 1 gun all the time gets boring extremely fast
oh yeah 100% but the answer is not too just have everything available cause that just adds a lot of randomness
As a KBM player I was stoked for IBMM, grinded all the guns for ranked just try to find out I'm the only one without aimbot... Love the game but ranked ATM is dog shit.
yeha there are too many things wrong with it at the moment, which cannot be explained by the fact that it was released a week early
i like it but ranking up is brutal. im on ps5 eu and its pretty dead. i'd say theres maybe like 8 ruby players and queue times get upto an hour on normal peak times in the weekend for being in ruby
@@meowmeow--- did you make it to ruby? How long did it take you?
@@eelge currently 1 game off ruby and you know when the season started. the highest person i saw was ruby 5
@@meowmeow---oof, I thought ranking up in the lower divisions was hard, reaching the higher ones will be a nightmare for people, especially while balancing work/academic stuff. I think they should change it to 5 divisions per rank
@@eelge true. think about it for every silver person they need to win around 23 matches in bronze and then another 23 in silver to hit gold but everyone you beat their rank goes down. it gets to a point to where you cant get above ruby 5 because theres simply not enough gold players yet
@@eelge the system is too scuffed and i think they highly overestimated the amount of people that would play rank. they rushed it and it was a massive shame
