Great lesson but sometime there must have been some description when she explained the word pretty with a sentence. In Arabic the pronunciation of "you" is different for both male and female. The word انتِ (Ante) is used for a female and انتَ (Anta) is for a male. Thank you

When I first started I was the same way. Just keep at it and a lot of the words are very similar, it will start sounding more and more familiar once you get the hang of it.

Ana=انا= I / I'm Men=من =from Alhind=الهند=India Fee=في =in wa= و=and Esm=اسم =name Esmy=اسمي= My name We don't use helping verbs in Arabic no verb equals "is" just in this sentence particularly and it's normal to find a complete sentence without a verb in Arabic. Like in: Example....The weather is beautiful= Al jawo Jameel = الجو جميل Al =The=ال Jaw= جو=weather Jameel=جميل=beautiful
