I’m very experienced in jailbreaking PS4s, so knowing it’s very similar to that will make it so much easier. I have a PS3 CECH-2000 coming in the mail today and I’m very excited to get the CFW running and this video will definitely help me out. Thanks!
Nice video, is there any app to edit controller inputs/buttons? I play mgo2 and dualshock 4 has a deadzone problem on the left analog. Considering that original controllers are expensive, is there any exploit to edit buttons input via any app? Thank you for your time
I’m getting black screen on everything like no homebrew apps are working I did everything right step by step, even the recovery update 4.91 CFW and did everything with the web browser but nothing works
yes either as a PKG file or a .ENC file. MAKE SURE that you have "PS2 CLASSICS PLACEHOLDER" INSTALLED FOR THEM TO WORK THO To Go the Encrypt (.ENC) route u need to go to Multiman and open "file manager" to make sure the .iso files are in the "PS2 ISO" folder (Open "Hdd0" then scroll down to "PS2ISO" and it should be in there) Next press R1 and scoll all the way to the left and go down to "Switch to Multiman Mode" and let it restart, then tap the right arrow until you're on the "Retro Games" section and go down to the game and tap "X". It'll ask "Would you like to encrypt this game?" Tap Yes and let it convert it. Next u can stay under "Retro" and go to the game and delete the iso file Next, tap left arrow like 4-5 times and tap "X" to goto file manager and open the "PS2ISO" folder again and it will be in a folder labeled "ISO.BIN.ENC" at the end of it, double tap X open it and goto the file inside of the folder that says "ISO.BIN.ENC", tap "O" and go down to "Rename" to take off the "ISO" part of the title and rename it whatever the name of the game is (example: it will say "ISO.BIN.ENC" so if the game is "Tekken", move the mouse/cursor over "ISO.BIN.ENC" and press "O", goto "Rename" and remove the "ISO" part And make it "Tekken Tag.BIN.ENC") then press circle and "Cut" and "Paste" that file with the game name into "PS2ISO" and u can delete the empty folder that u just moved the game out of. Now u can exit Multiman, Go up to "WebMan Games" on the main menu and goto "Refresh Webman games and XMB" And u can play the game as long as u have "Ps2 Classics Placeholder" installed
