I can see why this was so successful. Dual motors running single batteries is a very efficient way to go and easier on the drivetrain and tires. You are the man, Shawn!
That run was straight and very fast for 4S. Those batteries were huge, and your tires survived that run. WOW!!!!! It is always a treat when you arrive. You do great runs out there.
It was an awesome day for speed runs this day late in October. Ususlly its cold 🥶 but gotta take advantage of those ideal days. Wish i could have made it out there with ya!
Awesome pass man. My dual 4s pb is 155mph. You build some awesome cars. I borrowed that tie bar setup on the front you do to your cars. It really helps stiffen up that front splitter
@@jasonjohnson6085 that’s a solid 4s number man, and yea I liked the idea of simplifying the arrma front ends and the tie rods work great up there for support
@@vwturbowolf brother I was trying to keep up with you, but you keep making it very very hard to catch up. Lol I’m working on a dual Hobbywing 12s limitless right now. I stretched the chassis some . I’m running the max 5 g2 56118 1100kv combo’s. I know one setup got me 158mph on 12s . So if one is good, two must be better right? lol
@@jasonjohnson6085well I have always chased my own goals and continue pushing myself to hit those numbers. It’s what keeps it fun for me. This year I really wanted to get some single motor cars into the 190’s and now I have 3. Once I got there I changed my goal to see what motors I could do it with so I have gotten 188-199 mph with 6 different motors now. Its all about just building what you want and having fun

Dude that’s insane !!! Congrats I’m coming for you next season bro 😎
@@YesMateRCMann setting the bar high for myself out here. These 2-4s passes were supposed to be so I could find baseline gearing for these motors 🤣
@@vwturbowolf you got the gearing down dude 😎
So sick. Love your videos Shawn.
Appreciate it man
