Still, that’s like comparing a Rolls-Royce to a Bentley - both are extremely beautiful, especially when compared to the suburban American hellscape I live in. Also, the fact that you’re never far from water in Stockholm is a thing a beauty.

I would choose Stockholm, because it has more to offer than Copenhagen. Stockholm consists of 14 islands so from the perspective of sightseen and boat travel, it is unique.
I would prefer Copenhagen anytime, it’s much more cosy and romantik… Way to many problems with the emigrants in Sweden. To much crime, violence and shooting….
Looks amazing, is it relatively easy to visit for an English speaker? I visited France and Italy, had some (fun) challenges there due to very limited Italian and even more limited French.

Stockholm has more character. Gothenburg is a better match for Copenhagen. IMO.
