Some advice for people visiting Barcelona: make sure your belongings are secure- things like Passports, wallet, keys etc should be locked up once you get to your hotel. Also be careful at night time when it gets pitch black- sly thieves are out in numbers and they have an arsenal of tactics to get a hold of your things. This especially common in the sidestreets around the Rambla so please do take care as petty crime is a big issue in Barcelona. Aside from that, It's a truly great city so stay safe and have a great journey!!
