"The Archbishop of Canterbury has said he is "deeply concerned" over the arrest of a young Palestinian Christian woman in the West Bank.
24-year-old Layan Nasir was taken from her home by soldiers earlier this month and is now facing detention for four months without charge.
Most Rev Justin Welby told Sky News her plight is a breach of assurances made by Israel about the treatment of Christians in the region.
"[I am] deeply concerned to learn that she is now facing administrative detention for four months, without charge and with no due process for her, her family or lawyers to challenge this. ...
Under administrative detention, people can be held for four months and which can be renewed every four months for up to two years.
Fr Fadi believes it is a sad indictment: "I think the British need to repent for that and pressure the Israelis, because administrative detention in particular is against international law. ..."
Students have the right to protest against the Government's foreign policy, but they are not allowed to protest on campus and must comply with the law. This is a good time for the Government to weed out students who do not comply with the law.

Students protesting on campus have hindered the school's teaching activities as well as the learning of other students who did not participate in the protests. So is it right or wrong for students to protest on campus?
teachings kept on going, students are forced to protest, the school is also built on the first ethnic studies college and the first ever protest about it. The school ecnourages students to protest for their rights, ddin't watch the vid now did you?
A university student is taught to be smart in academics, self-respect, responsible to his parents, people and God and the student uses the knowledge he learns for himself, the country and the world to achieve peace and freedom.
University students are more self-respecting than university presidents, politicians, parliamentarians, prime ministers and presidents of their countries.

The Government's foreign policy towards Israel has always remained unchanged in both parties and in any Government cabinet, so student protests are only an expression of opinion and do not change policy government diplomacy.

Many former politicians and businessmen were also students and are currently participating in politics. Students should also become famous politicians and businessmen and participate in politics to express their opinions. Protesting according to movements and making unreasonable demands only proves that the student protests are spontaneous and disorganized.
