Devastated Loving Father Exposes the Corruption of Collin County Court and Judge Tom Nowak - PART 2

I just went up to the Collin County courthouse and the 366th District Court, which is officiated by judge Tom Nowak. This judge and court system is corrupt beyond belief, as he has allowed a violent abusive mother Jennifer Bailey get away with her abuse of my son Nicolas Mayu Herrera, and also letting her boyfriend Billy Thomas sleep in bed with my son at 4 and 5 years old. I represented myself as a Pro Se Litigant for a full year and a half, desperately fighting for my son’s best interests, learning how to practice as a lawyer in just months time, only to be shot down at every hearing and Trial by this corrupt judge who doesn’t care about evidence from me the father.
This judge denied all 10 of my Motions that I had on the docket on January 3, 2023, and refused to let me show compelling evidence of the physical, emotional, and sexual abuse that has been waged against my son. I am recording this video to show the world and my son how corrupt this family court system is. We have got to make changes before they continue destroying my family and my son’s future. This is my testimony of what happened in court today, as this heartless judge denied my Motion for New Trial.. and refused to allow me to stand up for my son’s Constitutional Rights.
