What’s the HOA please
There are none!
Is a fully fitted kitchen with appliances included as well as all bathroom pieces. All light fixtures? Finished floors ? Are the A/C and heating units to be installed within the price. I there a spec sheet of everything included for the price. Who pays for the common areas such a parking, fences maintenance, gates etc. all would be good to know. Thank you.
Hi Cynthia, Kitchens are considered furniture. I am not sure about lighting but they are also not considered "fixtures" as we consider them in the US so I doubt it. The common areas are cared for by the residents. Heating and AC will be installed and are included. I can get you more data. Can you email me at info@supersavytravelers.com? This is a great property with an unbelievable view. I'm not overwhelmed by the price, considering the location, the view, a new kitchen, no HOA fees, olive trees, and plenty of outdoor space. For me (I know I'm probably in the minority), the first floor terrace is too big. They could have built out the guest bedroom to the column and added an en-suite bathroom. By the way, you indicated there are 2 bathrooms; I believe there are 2 1/2. Chris, thanks for sharing this wonderful area of Calabria!
