The Heroes Journey
This is an emulated Everquest server run on eqEmu. The server allows you to choose up to 3 classes and progress through the game in a way of your choosing. Will you choose 3 pet classes and stand back while your minions do all the work or will you mix metal and magic by mixing warriors and wizards to tank while slinging huge damage spells? Play alone or play with friends, what will your journey be?

Whoa baby, this video took so much longer than i expected!! Yikers! This was almost a Hollywood Cinema length video at 1 hour 40 minutes. I was able to cut it down but felt like i cut out a ton of content! Let me know what you think or what you would have loved to see that wasn't in it down in the comments! Hope you guys have a great Velious release and this helped you!
Does the 'plate cycle' work in the respawning or non-respawning dz? Working on grinding my dragon faction and an event sounds fun :)😊
@@JudeauChop So i tried it in open world, didnt work, i got the first 4 giants to spawn and then it just stopped.

Yeah, sadly these were things changed literally as i was posting the video. There were actually more sections to the video as well that had to be cut due to the changes made. The devs are devoted to constant live updates as things need to be fixed or adjusted and so as a content creator its very difficult to keep up.

This seems like a turbo charged TLP server, outside of the Turbo-charged-ness of the server, what makes it different from just playing on a TLP (outside the sub cost obviously)
Hey Marzix! Heck yeah, i can certainly understand how it might seem that way but this server has the option to make a single character with 3 classes, no Krono, no dupes, no waiting for patch windows, they provide LIVE service. When a problem arises, the server devs here squash it immediately.
TLP are riddled with race to this and race to that.. This server allows you to play at your own pace by allowing you to solo or duo all content with the option of doing six people groups with increased difficulty.
A LOT of quality of life content has been created over here that makes the game feel smoother and not like the game mechanics are fighting against you at every turn.
This server encourages innovation, creativity, theory crafting, a great unknown of what happens when you mix these classes, or those classes, and its like re-discovering the game we all have known and loved through the years.
I start in Tower at 20. First floor is great for 20-25. I go to 3rd floor getting to 35 and then bail and head to Velks entrance.

Yeah, it appears they just put the spells on the spell vendors in Bazaar/EC. Just took a look at it...

Since i was 16.... 25 years ago... I started in the Beta.... Been playing on again and off again ever since.
I thought there was a quest to unlock expansions?
same, I am confused. I thought had to get to lvl 50 before Kunark was unlocked, velious is also locked. What am going to do in Crystal Caverns once already 50+? I may be missing something, the website and discord do not actually give much information about the server...
I’m in same boat, I grinded like hell too to get 2 of the 4 pieces as I don’t have the AA for Naggy or Vox
Oh wow, yeah, there are actually 2 ways to get to Velious. You can either do A, kill 4 dragons in Kunark to get access to Velious, and kill 2 dragons in Classic to gain access to Kunark OR you can do the side quests where you farm up items and it grants you access to Kunark and farm up items that will grant you access to Velious. Its entirely up to you what path you take but they are both options. IF YOU NEED HELP!? Please join my discord and or ask about it and either I or someone else will help you! @brokenstoic101 thanks so much! It looks fun. I had started on project quarm a few months ago, and then some life stuff got a bit crazy and I haven't been able to game at all for a minute. Maybe when things stabilize a bit I'll jump back on quarm or give heroes journey a whirl.
@@bertbuderwet860 Whats crackin dude, there is actually no level requirement to get flagged for Kunark or Velious, only a requirement you do the farming quest or you hail the ghost after killing the dragons. If you want/need help with this, join my discord and I or someone else will help you get access.
