Looks like a 3D printed home very futuristic and unique style never seen any like this one. Architecture has impecable flow. I wish it had a parking lot space included in the concept

A very nice and simple design! The only problem I have is the plain wall by the left side of the house. It should have an opening or glass.
That's a firewall. It's plain and without windows for a reason, it's to protect your house from fire in case someone builds a home in your left side.
Very nice floor plan, small but still look spacious, good job.
Finally, a house na may service area. 🥺

It is a nice home but I wouldn't have the electrical in an outside area regardless of the roof covering. What if there were storms in the area. So having the laundry outside doesn't work for me. Also I didn't see a lot of room for food storage in the small kitchen. There should be a walk in pantry where the bathroom is - take out the shower on the ground floor and just have the toilet and basin on the ground floor for visitors. That way there is more room for food storage. I like the concept of the privacy wall on one side. Haven't seen that anywhere before. I think there is enough light coming into the house from other directions. I'm pretty old fashioned and like photos and paintings plastered over walls so having all that room on one side is great from my perspective. I am not a great believer in less is more! Photos on walls especially are important and make a home a home.

i like the design, i'm a fan with these color combinations... However, I think I saw something to modify...
1. I think it's better to make a larger window in the dining area which will make more natural light up to the living space.
2. I'd love to see wide kitchen space... I think you have to rearrange that... Please put your fridge next to the back door the so that you can extend your kitchen countertop to make a U-shape.
3. I'd love to see a maid's room or guest room at the GF.
4. Kindly rearrange your Bedroom 1 (2F) i think the access their was kinda awkward... You can place the double deck bed next to the smaller window (parallel) then move the work station and face it to the Front window side... As per closet, maybe you can place it on the wall next to switch.

I like the house, but I would make some changes.

I like some features of this design but I would :
1- Add more windows on the plain wall, that area on the second floor where intrusive sofa is could be a little desk and office with a lovely big window.
2- More counter space in the kitchen.
3- Better utilization of the space under the stairs. Perhaps storage.
4- The outside walls made on a organic material. It seems too claustrophobic and no view.
Just suggestions.

It's actually advisable that the bathroom, kitchen, sink, and laundry area are close to each other so you could save some money on the pipes and it will also be easier to install.
