At first look you would think that the design of the front base frame would be prone to shaking or being unstable - but it really is stable in all exercises I tried on it. Maybe it’s the location of the single leg that keeps the bench stable. Not sure. Thanks for the support and input!
Good review as usual. I know you said it was very stable but doesn't that single leg under the seat put you off just a little?
