I picked up my $91 Makita from Home Depot yesterday. My cousins are all Makita fans and they could not believe how I got this saw for that cheap lol. Amazing saw.🔥
@Toolhead 147 Thank you for all you do!!! I have one constructive criticism... In your intro about hitting the like button, subscribe, buying tools etc., you should slow down and enunciate (say clearly) your message. If it's that important, you should make sure you can be understood, and it's your chance to program your viewers to do what you want them to do.

Only thing I noticed I might not like with the blade on this side of the saw is its hard to hold the saw with your right hand and also flip up the blade safety shield if you want it up before you start your cut
The order filler cancelled the saw because even though there were 6 in stock he couldn't find them. I went to the store and 2 were in the isle/bay listed , the rest were in top stock. He said he looked for an hour. I got the cancellation email 2 mins after the order received email.
Did me the same way, they kicked the drill kit out then charged me full price for both FREE batteries, I called the bank home depot took the full amount out for the deal 209.53 then i cancelled because they charged for batteries only at 188$ . So I cancelled it said 0$ . But I wont have the money back till Thursday or Friday and I dont know if home depot is giving me the original 209.53 or the 188.00 . When I call and ask how much they are going to give them dumb asses tell me 400 something dollars , wtf . All I know it was a bunch of crap and they best have the 209.53 back in a few days or you will hear about a guy in Alabama tearing a home depot apart with tools off the isles.

NiMH batteries can have two to three times the capacity of NiCd batteries of the same size, with significantly higher energy density, although much less than lithium-ion batteries.[
I bought two, was cheaper to get another saw, two batteries, and charger than just two batteries so I returned those. 2 saws, 4 batteries, 2 chargers, for $182 LOL

I almost bought the rear handle one, but found the sidewinder to have more RPMs, so opted for the sidewinder saw, instead!
Ni-MH is Nickel metal hydride. It acts similar to the old Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries

@@toolhead147 all good. That's why we're a community. The Ni-MH can last 2-3x the Ni-Cd batteries, aren't as good as the current Lithium batteries

It was yesterday, some of you got it. Price glitch is fixed now.
Not $207 (w/tax) out the door anymore they changed it to $267 (with tax) online just checked but still on sale but not as much of a sale as before
