I’m Filipino and I can tell you right now that that rap she did was OUT OF THIS WORLD. You mentioned it, but she really did articulate so well there, every syllable was very well heard and spoken.

She used to have vocal nodes so instead of retiring her vocal chops, she had to re-invent her singing style. As for Jessie J, I noticed she started to adopt some of KZ’s vocal and performance antics after this competition. KZ is so underrated and she needs to get on the world stage. I love her originality and talent!
Now I know why this didn't have that many views. So many people loved this performance. And too much criticism, I am not sure this performance even deserve those criticisms
FYI, when she was 15 she got polyps on her throat and they told her she will never be able to belt or sign higher notes, so she started working on making her own arrangements to pursue her dream. Also she always said that Jessie J is her idol and she follows JJ since the beginning. Look her audition in XFactor Filipin 2012
I'm not sure if what I heard was true but the reason why KZ was so versatile was because she used to be a belter singer and something happened to her throat, I think, so she wasn't able to belt like she used to do and tried to find other genre that suits her voice but she thinks everytime that it is not the right one when she tried another genre until she mastered all the genre she tried😅😅. So no doubt why KZ was such a flexible singer.
I don't mind the pauses, but if the person is talking too long, especially if it's to advertise their own stuff,… He could do that in the beginning and at the end.
I'll APPRECIATE it very much if you start the video from the beginning. KZ is VERSATILE in that very sense. She might not win the SINGER COMPETITION but KZ WON the HEARTS of the WORLD. Coach's reaction... PRICELESS! GOD BLESS!

Jessie j was on the same competition Singer 2018 (Dimash was on Singer 2017). Jessie j had 13 or 14 performances during the almost 4 months competition show. Some of my favorite of Jessie j was purple rain, killing me softly with your song..

You're watching a vocal coach reaction so you should expect that there should be a pausing part on the video. He's just appreciating the voice of the singer and giving us some tips or pointing out every tricks that he recognize on the singer. So please be more patient.
