It's called EQ bands you can customise upto 32 bands of eq, this application is actually good for music streaming app like RUclips music etc

Poweramp is nothing infront of viper4android as i used to run this on my rooted phone.
It does not work because you did not play your music through yt music or spotify. If you want to make it work for youtube, chrome and others make sure you run adb command via using your pc. Open settings and select equalizer then advanced and what you need to type on the cmd is written there.

@@nemor1ss first download "minimal ADB and fastboot" application on your pc via XDA developer website, meanwhile switch on the developer options and toggle the USB debugging and connect your phone to the pc and select file transfer mode. Open the adb minimal app on pc .Next type the "adb devices" in the application window and hit enter. YOU WILL GET A ERROR AND ALSO A PROMPT WINDOW ON THE PHONE and HIT ALLOW. Now again do the "adb device command", now your device is detected. Now run the command mentioned in the equalizer app under the advanced settings
