I'm maybe older than your mom...and I can tell you that we all have trauma, and there is no shame in seeking help, or talking about your struggles. In the USA we have a National Crisis Line to call, while you.wait to be seen by a proper therapist. I hope you have an option like that where you live. I find that just talking, even to a stranger, helps give an airing of your heart. You might be surprised how much support you really have...even here on YT!
