happy that I just found your channel, I just started playing this game and your (mostly) calm voice is a perfect balance to how white knuckle this game is.
There's something in the water! Seems like everyone is coming back to Sekiro after almost 6 years. I just got my friend to buy it, and now it's all over RUclips! Absolute crime that there isn't a single DLC for this masterpiece. I think FromSoft either hated making this game or is afraid of never living up to the original. We need a second game!
I just saw this video in the recommendations but if this is your second playthrough or more I recommend you try the Resurrection mod after finishing the Shura ending (New game plust cause it's gonna be harder and makes up for any upgrades you already have from NG+), it will add great additions to the game with the atmosphere and the fights/enemies/enemy move sets, I tried it and it's very much worth it to make you feel Sekiro as if you're experiencing it a second time
🚨 SPOILER ALERT 🚨 11:50 That little cave is one of the entrances/exits to the Ashina Outskirts Headless miniboss. You cannot beat Genichiro when youre meant to lose your arm. Killing him there grants the same cutscene. Also slight correction regarding the lore. Kuro's parents arent known, but its speculated hes Takeru (Dragon blood guy whos notes you use to create the fountainhead aroma,) and Tomoe's (Okami woman who learned to harness lightning at the Fountainhead and taught Genichiro.) Kuro and Genichiro cant be blood relatives because 1. Genichiro would have the Dragon's Heritage and 2. the lore states Genichiro was adopted as an orphan during the rebellion, just like Owl found Wolf, and Orangutan found Emma. Emma being a woman wasn't suitable to be trained as a shinobi, so she stayed with Dogen (royal physician who created the healing gourd by studying the Divine Realm). Dogen, Orangutan, the Hiratas, Isshin, Owl, Takeru, and Tomoe were all allies during the rebellion. Thats why Tomoe trains Genichiro l before Owl, Butterfly, and some of Dogen's students betray their friends/employers in an attempt to kidnap Kuro and use his blood to gain immortality.
