Just a little tip from the nutritionist, you can consider switching your oat milk to the nut milk of your choice (without added sugar), cause oat milk is basically grinded oats, which are simple carbohydrates, with water and this form will crash your glucose level really fast. (It's like drinking a glass of coke or juice.) Plus it's a good way to add healthy fats to your diet)

This is so relaxing. One thing though, no offense meant, this is just a suggestion. Separate food from soaps and stuff when putting them in the cart because the food may get contaminated if there's a leak or something. It rarely happens, but you should still be careful.
None taken. Yep I got that comment even from my mom lol. I separated them with the rest but after grabbing the laundry stuff, I put the detergent down right away to head to the cashier because it was almost closing time 😅 Hopefully this comment is something that would help others, too. To be honest, the food part is finished within 2 weeks (except for the canned goods). The other stuff naman na hindi food (laundry detergent, joy, etc) those will last siguro a month or two. Ang mahal na talaga mag-grocery these days 🥲.
