Great trip. Surprisingly this video started with Wilhelmus a.k.a Dutch National Anthem a.k.a closing theme of Formula 1 Racing. yeah no locomotive swap along the journey makes this trip bit faster. Sadly for medium-long journey like this, no Bistro car attached on train consists. This first class compartment is great for at least 1-4 person, more than that it will be cramped. Bit curious, after unloading passengers at Berlin Hbf, looks like the train picking new passenger to somewhere, where it's going after Berlin Hbf?
The absolute worst 1st class cabin of any train. I’ve ridden this type of train last year a few times thinking that it would be nicer than the 2nd class. Wrong. Will book for the 2nd class cabin for sure with 2-2 seat configuration for all IC train from this company, DB.
@Jack_Rice You're super lucky. We traveled during Christmas holiday 2023. All 1st class compartments were full. Very uncomfortable rides. Perhaps in low season it's okay.

I was going to book second class, but I gambled that I would get a private cabin. THE RISK PAID OFF!
