We have found the cause for the board to turn on automatically, it is static electricity near the charge port caused this, we did a new charger detect programing that was too sensitive, if there is static charge near the charge port the board would think there is a charger plugged in and turns itself on, you can verify this witha lighter to shock it near charge port.
Oh, that’s spooky-seeing the board turn on by itself! Imagine it’s in the car, something presses on the sensor, and it starts spinning. Hopefully, there’s a way to fix this 🤞
Hi, finally some ADV2 videos. I have ordered mine in mid Oct. but haven't received any notification at all. Have you received something like a tracking number or anything? Did you choose the quick shipping or the 60 days? Cheers
When you got the board out of the box it was already turned on? It could be potentially a connection with the power button that’s loose and doesn’t turn itself off when you think it’s turned off. Welcome to the world of vesc onewheels, they are a law unto themselves, the more I think I understand the less I know 😅😅😅 check out a guy called surfdado he’s an expert of vesc and he’s in Australia (guessing your there from the accent, sorry if I’ve got the wrong place!)

How to solve this?
What’s the fix Tony?

yeah, something with a lot of adv2 boards turning themselves on.
If you figure out what to use for bearing protectors then please make a video of it...

if your board is switched on when you got it out the box, its probably the same reason it turns on when you have it in your car.
I think your on to something there
What’s your location brother ? And how fast does it go? How much range ? Thanks for the video
