His comment was despicable and it's even more infuriating with his body language and lack of energy on the podium. This coming from the dude whose idol was Kobe Bryant, who had the "killer instinct" mentality and played with relentless hustle. He is just NOT THAT GUY. He needs to step it up.

Here's what he was saying (I don't like it either): The them being a super team is what YOU said, not them and the proof of their not being a super team is that they didn't get any of the awards of a super team should get. Or another way is he's admitting the Celtics are overrated and he's trying to get off the hook by saying it's not their fault you (me, people in general) overrated them.

Did you watch last nights game? Or even the whole playoffs so far? All Tatum has been doing is playing team basketball that's one reason his numbers are so low that and the fact he can't shoot right now because he's in a slump. I don't like his comments after the game that pisses me off when you lose there's no excuse just own it and move on like Brown did but Tatum actually played good basketball last night not great but good and made the right passes just the rest of the team shot horribly

Uhhhhhhhh Brockman... This year’s Celtics team did NOT win the most games in Celtics history. 68 wins in 1972-73, 67 wins in 1985-86, and 66 wins in 2007-08.
I always feel that Celtics would have been better if they pushed Jalen as the #1. He’s not as talented as Jayson but he’s way more clutch and reliable. Tatum is sooo not reliable ESPECIALLY in playoffs and when you really need him.
Not sure if you are a Celtic fan or not but as a Celtic fan if you have watched the majority of their games for the last 3 years at least if not more you would know that this is the first year that Brown has been reliable every other year it was JT who was the most reliable although he did struggle at times but my goodness Brown for the last 2 years would lose the ball just about every time he dribbled 🤦🏼♂️ to his credit he has improved a lot this year and I like his mindset more than Tatum but he's not the number one guy Tatum should be just look at last night everyone's getting on Tatum but Tatum scored 25 on 7-17 shooting and had 6 assists and in my opinion made the right passes majority of the night guys just couldn't shoot while Brown had 19 points on 7-17 shooting and only 1 assist so maybe we should stop Blaming Tatum every time we lose and looked at the entire team? Just a thought

Yall clowns have no idea how poised and in cntrol tatum is. You ignore every single time he flips a switch and takes over a game. This team he has now has the most amount of talent and experience, and he is choosing not to be a kyrie premadonna and do everyting to make this champion ship run all about him. The reason is becuase he knows there is no great player at his age, that did it single handedly. He has the talent and potential, but even with all his playoff experience he does not have the hours on the court an older player of his talent level has, tlaent level and experience are not the same thing and both are needed to win. What is so mature about what he is doing, is not letting dudes like this control his aggression or tempo onthe court. the celtics are doing FANTASTIC right now. People want us to unrealistically sweep our entire way to aring. Cooler minds know that is bs. Tatum understands he has so many scoring option that it would be ridiculous for him as a 6'7 wing to hog the ball and iso the whole game. What about white brown, KP (injured now) he needs his teammates to be constantly reinforced to confidently score as well, he isnt forcing his own agenda for his own legacy, and taking away opportunity from his teammates to stay sharp and highly effective. When his time is called he will step up and step up big like that 50 piece he put on the bucks. You are all just basketball casuals if you think him scoring 23pts 5 assists and grabbing 10 rebounds while just coming off a 5 game winning series (gentleman sweep) and being up 2-1 right now is not good enough. Tatum is not a 2 guard like MJ or Kobe. He is not a top of the key ball handler he knows that means him constantly iso-ing from the wing the entire game is what will take all his other ball handling scorers out of rhythm for when he has a cold spell in a game, and mess with the flow of the offense. He knows nobody wins a chip on there own so he is not trying to lose as the big flashy, shiny bucket getting yet still ringless fool. He got this. wait and see

If the Knicks were playing the Celtics this round, they'd have a real shot. By the time both teams reach the conference finals, though, Thibs's "rotations" will have ground too many players into dust. The Knicks are mentally tougher for sure, but in another week they won't have enough horses left to keep the talent gap manageable.
The knicks have to play their starters pretty much the entire game just to win so yea wouldn't put much stock in them might not even make it out this round 😂

@@PGO_Gaming definitely talking about the knicks and so much for up 3-0 they are playing well and each game probably could have gone either way but they have no bench and even if they did they refuse to play them no way Hart can continue to play every game all game and not fall apart just won't happen.
