The review covered the build of the item very well. It did not touch upon a more important element. The actual weight curve and whether the muscle in question , the quad, during extension, is actually being challenged throughout the ROM . It seems the hamstring, during flexion, may be, though it isn't touched upon.
@@lobsterlipps hey yes it does fit my rack. I have 5/8 holes as well. I did drill 1 extra hole. I put mine stationary on the side of my rack. Since the seat goes up and down you won’t have to take it off and on. It is quite heavy but it’s solid and works awesome.

What's the distance between the pins? I know the titan series rack has 2" spacing, but I, too, want to use this warmth a different rack. Mine has 3" spacing, but the product photo appears as though the spacing is 4" between the first 2, and 6" between the bottom two. Can you conform? Or just give measurements for the hole spacing on the attachment itself, not the rack? If there are 2 holes 6" apart, that will work with the rack I have. I've reached out to titan, but they can't provide me with any info besides the fact that the titan rack has 2" spacing.
Why doesn't anyone making these attachments make one that attached so the cable machine they also sell for their racks? Seems like a simple way to resolve the no tension at the bottom issue.
I have a PRX folding rack, how far behind the mounting post does the seat extend fully upright? Is it flush, or how far does it extend behind the rack, thanks? Thanks for the review. I was looking at an Isolator setup when i found this video.
Good deal Guru, like that you put it where you put it , a little pricey for me but I see its benefits , might get the Bells of steal one when they release it , curious to see their price
Can anyone please confirm/deny whether or not this would fit Rogue SML-2 Monster Lite rack? It has 3x3" uprights with 5/8" holes that are spaced ~1-5/16" apart. Sounds like it should, but there are a couple of opposite comments below. Thank you in advance!
@@lwmstern never used Rep racks but I wouldn’t think so. As far as taking it off and on I keep mine bolted to the rack but it’s pretty easy to take off.
@michaelstewart9366 the holes for the bottom two stabilers are half visible, so i might just tie it to the rack so it isn't shifting but seems sturdy when loaded up sitting on it
This is a sample equipment that works. Iam debating betwen selling my stray goat with attachments and buying the bulletproof isolator or this titan attachment. I am thinking on buying a sigle upright to leave one of these things permanently attach.
That’s why I went with this, pretty much single purpose. I leave it attached and don’t have mess around with it before use . It’s simple and no fuss. The bulletproof isolator looks great but for me I don’t want to have to take a bunch of things on and off to do exercises. I like things ready to go
thanks for the review. 👍 the leg pad looks like it sags a bit or is that just the camera (ie. the pad looks a little lower on your left ankle than the right ankle)? also, it is a pain to take on and off? i think if it was more than a bit of effort, i'd end up never using it. thanks again!
@@azuwhr found a way to straighten that. When you mount it use the center hole, then with an extra 1" pin lift the attachment as much as possible and shimy it in to the top hole. With the Titan 1" screw that's actually for the center and bottom, screw it into the bottom as much as possible. You might have to lift the attachment a bit, and it won't go all the way in, but you'll know it's in enough when the center pin loosens and has no tension. You can now easily use the extra 1" screw pin in the center rack. The attachment should be straight now.
Can you list a bolt that is similar to hold the unit in place? I know you said you had a rogue one laying around im looking for something sturdy because I purchased their short squat stand and the holes are 11/16” and this unit has 1” holes 4:10
Im glad you said you dont buy shit equipment. I see your Elite and Kabuki bars. very nice. Can you compare this to a traditional leg extension machine that youd find in a commercial gym? Obviously it'll feel slightly different since its plate loaded and a rack attachment but if you were to close your eyes would you feel like youre using a traditional leg extension machine? Im considering spending 2K for a machine but if I can replicate that feeling id rather buy this to save money and space.
I would say it feels just as good as any plate loaded machine I’ve used at the gym. Now as far as a pin loaded machine yeah it does feel different. You do lose a little range of motion at the beginning but to me it doesn’t make a difference. You can ad bands to make that up though.
@@jimg6743 I also have a Rep Fitness rack with 2x2 and 1'' holes. I think we could make our own shims out of flat steel stock. I see some adapters from 3x3 to 2x2 but we need adapters from 2x2 to 3x3 to work with this.
@@jimg6743 if you decide to try to make this work make sure you buy the one for the Titan Series racks. The T3 racks have 11/16 holes FYI. I may bite the bullet and order one. For me I would say no but I do think that Titan has one that will fit.
I have a Rogue RML 490 3X3 by 5/8" hole, do you know if they have a version that will work for my rack?
I want to say yes, but I’m not 100%. I know there is a second version of it though just not sure what the dimensions are.
Will this fit in rep pr 5000? That’s a 3x3 with 1inch hardware rack
Yeah I don’t see why not. Same dimensions as the Rogue monster that I have.

Yes you can i’ve actually adjusted it since the video.
@Garage Gym Guru nice. It looks like a nice piece. If I would of known about it before I would of bought it instead of the straydog goat.
Subscribed after watching this video :) , can you remove this from your rack easily, or is it a dedicated to the post you bolt it on to?
I used the bolts because I don’t take it off but it comes with pins and is meant to be removed. It’s not hard to do.
Cheers for the review. Shame you can't flip the arm to make it a seated leg curl, but least gives you options.
Yeah, I get that but honestly, it just works so well and the way they made it it’s definitely sturdy.

I don’t think so the pins and holes are for the 1 inch. Thanks for watching.
