Apart from Landmark, the mall will have a wide mix of popular global and local brands, affordable options, local flavors, family dining and entertainment concepts. The BPO office building is built at the top of the mall building. Check out the video!

The design of this new AYALA MALLS in Mandaue City is quite similar to the Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Pasay City. I know this new mall is really huge with its outward looks alone. And one thing more exciting is that it will house LANDMARK Department Store which is an elite fashion store in Makati and Quezon City. Amazing. Cebu is surprisingly competing MM neck to neck.
Ayala malls now looks like big universities, unlike in the 90s when their design has premier looking.
I think it has something to do with having bpo offices on it higher floors. Ayala mall in I.T. Park is all good in terms of design. Check out one central block of ayala. You will like it! 🙂

Wait, was this building/location formerly big warehouse type groceries early 2000s or late 90s but went bankrupt right before it opened and city of Mandaue took it out for non payment of real estate taxes?
Nope.. u mention is already the Park Mall in Mandaue City. This one is new.
