  • Metal 3D printing opens up a new range of applications, especially for spare parts, functional prototyping, and tooling, and is mainly aimed at the pharmaceutical, food, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. The parts produced with FFF 3D printers using metal filament such as Ultrafuse 316l and Ultrafuse 17-4 PH, have practically identical behavior to those produced by MIM or CNC and offer an office-friendly solution with far more design freedom and one of the cheapest metal 3d printer solutions in the market.

    I have a D25 (2021) with tweaked Firmware and a converted 230V Bed, raising up to 120deg within 2mins.
This will also work on my machine too, I think.
So, hotends are compatible to my D25(hardware side)?

Hi, we do not recommend at all modifying the printers as the guarantee can be lost.

Impressive! What would be the approximate price for externally debinding and sintering the sample part from the presentation? Is there any possibility of purchasing or DIY-ing the equipment, so that I can do these operations internally?

Excelent, These metal parts after all 3 processes need tempering process or not? This type of metal can be used to make parts that require sharpening such as knives?

Hi Jorge, it doesn't require tempering process, and yes, it can be used for the applications you need.
