Which university do you lecture at? Is there an email address I may be able to send you an email? I'm studying Geoscience in Australia and currently studying Soil Science. Thankyou, Alicia Cheffers
Thank you for the kind comments. I had to take a little break to be with my kids a bit the last month, but I have some more lectures coming soon. I'm going to finish Environmental Science, finish Oceanography, update the entire Geology series, and then begin a new series on the Solar System and then another series on Stars and Galaxies. Hopefully you'll enjoy that content as well!
Soil= a complex plant-supporting system. Kinda weird phrasing there. It almost implies that the soil was designed for the purpose of supporting plants. When in fact it was plants that adapted themselves to be able to grow in soil.
Neither of those is the case - the first plants evolved and started to break up the rocks with their root systems. So the plants made the soil. The first plants grew in crevices in the rock.
I miss your lecture. Good to see you again
More to come!
His science vids are the only ones I'd pay/donate for on a Patreon account.
Very clear explanation on soil !
Great presentation! Thank you!

Where are Chapters 4-8?
I'm planning to re-film them with updated material.
