Makita DG180 grease gun with Avant 635

Makita DG180Z with 821840-1 case, DC18RC fast charger and batteries - basically a Makita DG180RT set.
Using Makita to Metabo 18V battery adapter and greasing up Avant 635.

This one shows the problem of getting a grease cartridge all the way into the tube. The plunger is too large! forcing the tube to get treads started is a pain and sometimes the rod will disengage and make putting the tube in even harder. The spring has a hard time pushing the oversized plunger all the way in and gun will lose prime.
