Nowadays kpop idols debuting only debut not because they have passion for music but for fame. All agencies should follow what YG did to GD and Taeyang wherein they made these 2 practice on their own as well as giving homeworks to write music just like what YG did to GD.
No offense to new kpop fans or kpop group, but BIGBANG music is on another level, you won't get bored or tired listen to their song repeatedly even songs from 16 years ago still valid and nice to hear. No other group can beat them. They never will
BIGBANG set the standard so high it makes it hard for a VIP to stan or love another group equally as we did with BigBang. They’ve achieved so much from their hardwork in an environment 100x worse than what the 3rd and 4th generation idols have to go through.
I stopped listening to Kpop after BIGBANG went on hiatus and now, I can’t get myself back into it. It’s just not the same. Even if everyone forgets the cultural and musical sensation that BIGBANG was, I will never forget. They were ahead of their time and a group like no other. This video reminds me of all those cherished memories 🥲

It is hard to accept for 3rd and 4th gen fandom that this is the group who started everything in Kpop and had been imitated. that is the fact. From stage performance, fashion, hair color and everything.
They shape SK's hip-hop and brought k-pop to the rest of the world. That's one of the reason why big names of SK's hip-hop icons have high respect for BB. I hope new gens would be more appreciative to those who paved the way for their idols, rather than calling them names. God know how much I love BB.
Bigbang is the only kpop group I consider myself a fan. I became a fan 4 years ago and before that I liked many other groups. But bigbang made me stan them hard but it's a shame they enlisted soon after.
This is a masterpiece. Can't wait for part 2. I just love seeing Ji Yong before "G Dragon" got so overwhelmingly famous. And y'all can fight me all you want but Seungri was always more talented than people gave him credit for. For me, his voice is the sweet, honey-flavored goo that holds all their songs together. Love these boys forever!

Bigbang makes it difficult for me to be impressed by other boygroups. It’s difficult when SOME of these boygroups have received global validation, not because of their skills/talent/visuals/charisma, but because purely out of fandom hype and social media. Bigbang makes it so hard so hard for us OG kpop fans to move on from them, because they showed us what a true form of artistry is as a group and as individuals.
This is also an evolution on style, evolution of swag, evolution of Music and most importantly evolution of Faces. Well I'm not here because of the looks but because of pure and only PURE talent, the looks are only an addition to it. They were the one who brought me into kpop and that was 2012 or 2013. The sunset glow part got me in tears. Seeing the meaningful MV and how much ppl loved them makes me want to go back in 2006-2009. We will always stay for the music they made. So please, make lots of good music, Bigbang. This video brought so much good memories.

I am not new to K-Pop though so I had heard of Bigbang but unfortunately never took the time to take a good look at them. I am actually quite shocked at the misinformation that is out there about them. So many others claim to have been the first when the truth is it was always Bigbang. I am so glad I found them!

i'm crying. Gahd! i was 21 when i discovered Bigbang in 2009. Trying to figure out the world and my place in this world. To some 21 was already an adult, but when you get to that age, you're as clueless as you were in your teenage years. I know what i'm saying is irrelevant. But i just wanna say that everytime i hear an old Bigbang song, it always reminds me and brings me back to when i was still innocent in some ways. 10-12 years ago was hard for me but Bigbang reminds me of my happiest moment during those times. I grew up, treading through life and eventually became content of what my life is right now listening to Bigbang all throughout. As someone who's on the same age as them, i have this understanding of what they're going through. Their songs always speak to me. Now, in my early 30s and have Still Life to listen to after a long while, i'm emotional. I can't get mad of how they choose to do their music and come back. They can release one song every five years and i will still understand why their doing it that way.

You literally showed who they are individually and as BIGBANG. Not gonna lie, this made me nostalgic that I was able to see the memories I had with them. As Top said "I didn't spent my youth with you", but it was actually the reality. I spent most of my teenage and adult years with BIGBANG that I wasn't able to explore k-pop outside of BIGBANG (aside from 2ne1 and T-ara) while growing up. Im a long time fan. 14 years and I had no idea about the meaning of the Sunset Glow mv. You did some really good work. Every VIP should watch this and all the new kpop fans should watch this as well. But I must put a little bit of criticism. Some of the info/subtitles are going to fast and it can be hard to read. Slow it down a bit with the transitions of captions. Other than that this is an amazing video

Im a long time fan. 14 years and I had no idea about the meaning of the Sunset Glow mv. You did some really good work. Every VIP should watch this and all the new kpop fans should watch this as well. But I must put a little bit of criticism. Some of the info/subtitles are going to fast and it can be hard to read. Slow it down a bit with the transitions of captions. Other than that this is an amazing video

I think youre that one channel that should do a guide for bigbang. I mean its hard for people who wanted to know them using these outdated bigbang guides on youtube. I dont see any decent guide for bigbang on youtube yet. Yes, i know mostly we VIP are old af but still it would be great to see the updated one

The video is missing 3 key points....YG entertainment indirectly involvement in popularity of bigbang.
1. Creative freedom. Without that bigbang couldn't flourish as they did.
2. YG's decision to go digital ( korean professor mentioned that this was the catalyst for bigbang rise in 2008).
3. YG plan to promote in JAPAN for a year. Japan music industry is the second largest in the world
