Dear kat, please know that i am sending you all the comfort and healing energy right now 🤍 grief is something so complex and chaotic that it’s hard to give advice, but just know that everything you feel is valid. Please take care of yourself 🕯
First of all I want to share my condolences again about losing your dear Aunt. When my Dad passed 7 months ago the best advice I got was that grieving isn't linear. Remember to give yourself grace every day ♥ I also wanted to congratulate you on getting your Grant! I get so excited when you share these kind of things with us about your life's work and the research you are doing! I'm glad you and lil Rocky are with family right now and I hope that each day you are able to breathe a little easier. I still am in denial about my Father passing. Some days you go through all the stages of grief in one day. And some days you are just numb. Anyways I'm probably being long winded. Take care ♥♥♥
