Please make videos what you eat for a day and how you lost all the weight
as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight man. my advice (even tho you didn't ask for it) is to attempt 10000 steps per day, eat 2000-2500 calories per day and go to the gym or play some sort of sport regularly, if you do this for consistently you will lose around 2 pounds per week minimum and that will add up over time. also make sure to have cheat days so you don't get bad cravings cause you need a good balance with food, don't go too crazy on the cheat days tho.

This is how you do it. 5 days after your fight. Not 3 months. No shots lol once deji
Respect to Swarmz but it speaks volumes how Swarmz is happier over an L than Deji is over his W. His coach is telling him, he did well over and over again but he got smoked. I see another Deji storyline where Swarmz has people around him he's doing well when he ain't. And the fact in his reaction to the fight, he said Deji didn't hit hard when he evidently did or when his coach said Deji didn't control the fight in the Seconds Out interview stells you everything. Plus, gassing up an "overhand right" that didn't even happen during the fight, a new team is needed.
Good Luck to Swarmz but he needs a new mindset, respect other people when you take an L and find a coach that ain't gonna gas you up with productivity.
Vinnie Hacker's son had 26 round of boxing experience over Swarmz's 3 rounds, and he still couldn't get a KO. And now Deji and his coach are talking about fighting Liam Payne, a former boy band member lmaoo. Deji will get knocked out as soon as he steps up the level in competition, which is why Mams and KSI have to baby Deji with inexperienced opponents.

Swarms I think showed a lot of good in the fight but Deji probably would have won either way as if Swarms threw more then more counters would of been there for Deji to commit on. Nonetheless Swarms has potential in this scene and is a great entertainer.
