Thai plumbing never ceases to amaze me, you seem to have a handle on it, you had my head spinning half way through,. Thankfully living in a village negates all this confusion but we still have a mess of blue pipes comming out of the ground, obviously with a water meter attached , ours is pretty clean as it comes from the local water tower i'm asuming , but they seem to have a habit of turning the supply off at 9pm at night untill early morning , it doesn't happen all the time maybe its to prevent farmers watering rice fields , thats my thoughts, it must be fairly clean as i brush my teeth with tap water and shower without "issues" so far, mains water is pretty cheap along with the weekly delivered big blue 25 litre/ish drinking water casks, we have the usual thai water tubs in both upstairs and downstairs showers/toilets for the times when the water supply is switched off,.cheers brendan,.

@cabovermike Our house in town is on mains supply. During the hot season water pressure regularly drops to a trickle in the afternoons. The solution was to put a storage tank with a small automatic pump inline. A little bit of plumbing n check valve involved but worked fine. Thank for your continued following Mike. Hope all is good with you.

Looks good mate. When I did mine . I put a submersible pump in the bore, ran it to a tank that then comes out to an instant pump to the house. However, I do have village water that sporadically goes off as per a previous comment. So I "t'd" it in with taps to isolate and then did a 3rd tap which comes from rain water. My problem here is with the bore (which thus far has never run out), and the village water that usually runs out in hot season, gives me the ability to switch through what's required. The rain side is plumbed but are awaiting some more tanks to link together to finalise my 3 water sources given any situation if you take my meaning. All is manual taps to operate which water source, then a control box with float switch to then pump to the house. Hope this makes sense.

@glennpassmore8441 It can be hard to describe so it makes sense. That is why I thought posting the video from the retrieved SD card might help. I think most people start with a basic mudmap planning the plumbing but they usually end up a work in progress as new elements or unexpected additions become necessary. It's not unusual to get to a point in time when superfluous plumbing gets re thought and cleaned up. Cheers Glenn.

Thank you for the video and the problems might be in these. Mine is not built, so all this is good to know.

Great video to show your set up and analysis. I would wish you could share the link for stainless steel pressure tanks as we have to repair one of our pumps as well. Would be greatly appreciated.

Just be careful selecting the correct tank. There are a number of different ones. You need to make sure you get the correct mounting pattern for the motor/ pump unit. I got the wrong ones first time till I realized that. I messaged the seller and he happily swapped for the correct units. Very helpful.
