Can i use full cream milk?
I really love watching your videos. your new subscriber here from the Philippines...
Welcome!!
Watching form Philippines.Hope you will make a coffee recipe in low carb way.
Hopefully soon! I do have these recipes in my book - The Basic Barista. Have not had the chance to put in my upload calendar :-)
The first recipe about nescafe, can you convert it to grams about the coffee ingredients? Usually I'm using nescafe classic for one glass of coffee I need 4gr of nescafe, and 30gr of hot water. Thank you really love your content!
That'a about right. ruclips.net/video/7D706KN271I/видео.html
I'm happy to find this topic. Thank you!
Btw, may I ask what is the heat level should I use for this and other brown sauce recipe, Is it meduim or low heat? 😊
Start with medium to high then low whilst Simmering to thicken the mixture
Is that one shot of espresso? Thank you for the optional way to prepare brown sugar syrup without crystallization.
Double shot for 16oz.
@@rizasri thank you!
What can you do if you want to use the brown sugar syrup but you like your coffee really sweet but still want to taste a hint of coffee with maybe some vanilla flavor?
I would just follow my recipe and add a tsp of vanilla :-)
Hello Ms. Chao..I just want to ask if how long the brown sugar syrup lasts?
They should last for up to 1 month. Refrigerated they can last longer.
What is that scale you used and brand if possible?
All I could say is, beware with scales. Some might look the same but the quality is not the same. I can't recall the brand but it is not cheap. :-)
Hi ms riza. Ive 2 questions: if without pandan leaves, is the procedure still d same for b.sugar syrup? Second, if the coffee is for take out, is the amt of ice still 200g? Thnks a lot.
Hello, yes you may skip the pandan leaves and the procedure is still the same. I would think the ice should still be the same. Stay tuned as I will be showing bottled drinks without ice soon!
Thnks mz riza. How about an affogato recipe, using french press in particular. ❤
this is similar to my normal coffee day: brewed coffee + penocha + lots of evaporated milk..
Brilliant! Thanks for sharing...
How long can we store the brown sugar syrup? Thinking of making it in advance for future use
At least a month.
Hi
Thanks mam
Instant coffe is nescafe ?
Hello, you may use any brand of instant coffee :-)
Why You always use evaporated milk not UHT or fresh milk
