Just get a belt man. I have to wear a belt with LITERALLY everything, because i have a 28 inch waist. Im also 31 years old, so its not likely to change anytime soon. Wish i could find baggy jeans like that though, because most size 28 jeans have microscopic little leg holes that apparently don't fit human legs inside of them..... it seems like even the stuff that claims its "boot cut" or "straight cut" is literally just a skinny jean thats lying about being a skinny jean. Even levis have gotten MUCH narrower legs over the years. I miss the mid 2000s jeans. I still have half a dozen pairs from highschool, because its nearly impossible to find decent jeans these days.
You need to find some vintage kepper,klue,cross colours,jag jeans from the nineties, there are heaps of other brands too , they all had baggy legs and fitted waists.
