Safety Drills at DP World - Jebel Ali

"Safety First!" 55 people… 1 day… Multiple emergencies… Safety and environment colleagues from across DP World’s global portfolio gathered in Dubai for the annual GSE conference. A full day of activities was planned allowing participants to practise a variety of emergency drills in realistic conditions within Jebel Ali Container Terminal. From chemical spills in containers to crane operators requiring rescue, the scenarios tested each team’s ability to collaborate and tackle problems, often in trying conditions, and all the time working against the clock.
