Me even being a Warriors fan my whole life. You got to set your bias aside and really appreciate the greatness of Chet unfolding before us...Because these moments create his story. He really tapped into his True potential as a player putting on that display. I can only see this adding to his confidence so we are going to see how he mentally handles these situations moving forward...this shot brought me back to the Seattle Supersonics when they had drafted Kevin Durant and he hit a buzzer beater in his rookie year from almost halfcourt in Atlanta against the Hawks in double OT. This year will be the year of Victor (2023 #1 Draft Pick) and Chet Holmgren(2022 #2 Draft Pick). Also I see some light casting out from under Chet. And the crowd and media being sighted more on Victor due to the fact we forget we missed the whole "Rookie Year" of Chet Holmgren(2022 #2 Draft Pick) due to an injury in a Pro-Am game laterally against Lebron and forgetting Chet Holmgren. This is technically his "Rookie Year". So I see this as an advantage. The only thing questionable is if he can remain healthy. I know Victor Wembanyama has been doing a lot to counteract injuries with his trainer. I see Victor good. And Chet. Stay Healthy. 36 pts. 10 Reb. and 5 Assists. Amazing performance to both teams. Congratulations to Chet tapping into his true potential and still growing.

The guy is the best prospect in ages but constantly being belittled, written off and shat on. When he smoked Curry in his camp that went viral, all the Curry fan boys started hating on him too 😂. They got mad at him as he is so talented and played good ball....weird.
Wemby just so hyped owing to his unprecedented tall height while having guard skills like Chet, but in reality Wemby is like the dollar tree version of Chet. Wemby makes so many errors, much worse shooting percentage but ball hogs so his scoring stats inflated, and he don't help his team win. If Chet was black and 7'4 and Wemby was white and 7'1, everyone would be acting different and we all know it.

If Wemby 6'11 no one would care. He is a.gimmick because of his two extra inches of height he has on Chet. Both are very rare tho,.7+ footers that were trained guards.
