Simple life is much much richer than rich life. Families stick together and full of simple activities. No complications. Rich people have very little to no family life, all consumed to doing their own things with no time to enjoy their toys and homes. Families fight over properties, don't get together much, and cuss everyone else. What a life!

Grill the fish wrapped in banana leaves or aluminum foil. You can also stuff your fish with chopped onions, tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Or instead of salt put a little soy sauce. Just a little bit so it won't be too salty. Or just simply onions and tomatoes since you always dip your fish in soy sauce when eating. It's up to you.

I quote you, "our simple village life in the island". Most people these days especially younger generations are diverting to a "minimalist" lifestyle. What it means is a simpler and manageable life that leads to stress and anxiety free and more time to yourself. Living in a world full of junk is not fun at all. For short period of time, having the material things collected sounds exciting but as time flies, you realize that material things are not the answer of happiness but rather become a nuisance because it makes you a slave of what you built and it keeps you busy and occupied thinking how to keep up with them. Turnover of gadgets in the markets are so fast that we want to buy them right away to join the bandwagon without giving a second thought whether we use it or not and the problem is, where to dump junks collected over the years. We're piling our planet with things expired or no longer in used. We're destroying our very own planet with our own making. Living in the island with less allows you and your family to enjoy what matters most, deeper understanding and appreciation of the world around us.

Andrie don’t turn over the fish when still stick on the Grill, meaning it is not yet done. However using banana Leaf is a big help, when you see the juice is no longer red, it is already done.

The hand fan that was gifted can also be used for cooking on the grill ro increase the flame! Its usually those fans too (not the foldable ones, those are for people only 😊)

You can wrap the fish in banana leaves for grilling. It adds another layer of aroma and taste to the fish.

Next time, try to grill fresh Bangus too. Very yummy and delicious especially if you insert chopped onions and tomatoes with soy sauce inside the belly. After that, wrap the bangus in aluminum foil to protect it from burnt and sticking. 👍

In the Philippines, traditional colorful handheld fans are commonly used by the locals, while other types of folded fans are also popular. These fans are essential accessories to cope with the hot weather in the country.

I think your family should move to the Philippines! Your family adjusted very well and quickly! 😊 You and Papa Sergei can find a non-stressful job and you can eat all the rice you want. 😁 Anyway, thanks to your subscribers who sent the packages. The dress fits Liza perfectly. It's really pretty. Oh, next time, wrap the fish in aluminum foil or banana leaves to prevent the skin from burning. Make sure the leaves are clean before wrapping the fish.
