In this weeks video we show what modifications we bought for the Audi MK1 TT 225 Bam project/track car build series.
Parts include:
Badger 5 Turbo Intake Pipe (TIP)
Gravity 3" Turbo Back exhaust
Front mount intercooler
Ram air filter with Cloude 9 heat shield
Stance + coil overs
Restore44 front splitter
Forge diverter valve
Precision wheel spacers
Sytec fuel pump
Cloude 9 vent pod
Boost gauge
Strongflex bushes

I made 290bhp on standard intercooler before I had to uprate them.
Remember there is two. Which probably equal more surface area than that one you have....
I opted for uprated side mounted intercoolers. I was at 376bhp by the time I sold the car

I’ll be watching this build closely as you’re doing pretty much exactly what I’ve just done to my BAM, even down to the same size wheel spacers ha ha.
Only difference is I don’t have polybushes or coilovers.
I'm currently sat on 40mm H&R springs and have a rear seat delete.
Haven’t dyno’d it so not sure what power figures I’m at but my boost gauge says I’m running 1.5bar.
Next mod is probably going to be a rear strut brace with cargo net.
PS - my engine bay is full of red silicone too, and some hydro dipped covers 😉

Great video, what about the exhaust manifold? Seems like it could be the last restriction between the badger 5 intake tube and the 3inch exhaust system.
