Omg I am literally crying. This was literally how I felt after Shido’s palace. I was like, “how come no one is talking about Akechi anymore? He was in the news all the time! How could anyone forget him?” And this comic just sparked those feelings again. Also, seeing that page with Akechi’s glove and the incense burner made me cry even more. i just noticed that the way akechi holds his gloved hand to his chest at the end reminds me of how he threw his glove directly at joker's chest when he declared that he hated him in that one scene of the game and now i wonder if it was intentional on the artists' part.

A month later and I'm finally able to watch your comic dub after getting nearly to the end of Persona 5 Royal! Finally! I've been wanting to watch it for so long haha And it was worth the wait, I loved the voices for Akechi and Akira (especially Akechi! He sounds so tired....poor guy). The editing is also so good! Please do some more Persona comic dubs in the future 🙏
