A world-beater this one!. She is poised to win Ireland some silverware at the soon- approaching 2024 Olympics and revise the world record books particularly in the 400, in time. A postive role model. God bless her.
Ireland thanks you. All the help you're getting from the Uni of Texas abd you still dont bad mouth tge lack of facilities in Ireland when you win. ❤ You are a role model for any Irish person.
Whenever someone speaks baldy of Tallaght never forget the joy it has produced on a sporting circuit that includes Robbie Keane, Richard Dunne and now the magnificently talented and beautiful Rashida. She is a perfect antidote to those flag bangers who say, *Ireland is full*. Tallaght is in parts disadvantaged but rich in community and many cultures. I am so proud of this young woman her resilience and determination through her family along with the community have delivered something so special. My kids, your kids our kids are my words to parents in my community. We in Ireland do community better than most let’s bring em up the best we can.
Thanks for this excellent report. Miss Adeleke is improving on a weekly basis as 49:90 is an excellent time for a comparative rookie in the 400 metres. Most importantly, she still speaks proper Irish not American😉 Good luck this season Rhasidat! BTW the University of Texas is the alma mater of actors Matthew McConaughey and Owen Wilson as well as film director Wes Anderson. 🤩
would you like her less if she lost some of her Irish accent? bound to happen the more she spends time away from Ireland... will she be seen as less Irish?

Most people just support Rhasidat regardless of results and are glad when it goes well. Some people will put pressure on her for good intentions other not. Hope she will not be to bothered either way. Sports is like modelling or college just aspects of life, focus is hard to spread out though.
Rhasidat's such a lovely person! & she's so elegant on the track. I love watching her compete!!!
Brilliant to have a serious competitor from Ireland 🇮🇪
