I have the same scalp condition. You should buy spa magic shampoo. You can buy it online or in Holland and barter. You need way less shampoo that traditional brands and it’s the only thing that keeps naturally my scalp condition normal. She conditioner any will do… just put it on your hair only from next down NEVER near scalp!

Hi rosie great shop aldi do a great hot chocolate drink so if your in their look at it .I too think if you go 2 or 3 shops it does work out dearer and sometimes it does pay to look round have you got a butchers near that sell trays of meat like 3 trays for 9.99p I go to a butchers he's on an industral estate he's been their years and the meat is so fresh a lot nicer than supermarket meat .well rosie in back from scarbrough we had a good relaxnever even went out the hotel Saturday the coach was going to whitby but with the weather its was really windy and freezing cold everyone came back saying they were frozen to the bone love fran xxxx
Awww bless yeah that wind was enough to chill to the bones ❤️I’m glad you had a nice time away though and you had a chance to relax 😎 I do have butchers but when I’ve shopped there in the past it can work out rather expensive as there’s a few of us lol but our local butcher closed down along with most others ❤️the only ones we have left are bigger companies 💕i usually buy Aldi hot chocolate when I’m there and yeah definitely is nice hot chocolate but I don’t tend to drink it often as it makes me feel 🤢 not sure why lol 😂 anyway lovely take care and enjoy your week ❤️xxxx

I may be odd but I only shop once a month...I hate shopping but we were military all our life and got paid once a month..so I got used to shopping that way but I keep a well stocked pantry and freezers and could really go a year without shopping...but it makes my monthly shopping much smaller and cheaper.. Rosie you did a great video and haul...how could you move those bags around without making noise? some people complain about everything...pay them no mind...love you

You bought a lot of food, but you also need a lot of food with so many people that have to eat. Everything is very expensive these days and I think money wise you did great 🤍

I have psoriasis too , just a little on my elbows and knees, my gp prescribe me Dovobet which works really well . I’ve heard coal tar is good for the scalp .

It was alot off money but you got a lot for ur money 😊 last wek with snow i did one big shop and i was floored at the till but i never went near aldi bm hb etc last week just did it all in one so if i added all them shops up forcweek it worked out cheaper because i didnt pick up random vases etc i dont need in certain shops 😂 ohh bacon and lentil soup need to find recipe for that sounds lovely ❤
lol random vases.. what you like ❤️but that was why I just did one shop this week and I’m giving Iceland a break and I needed to restock so much, mind getting vitamins and stuff added to the cost but I’m hoping it’s all for a good cause ❤️and it’s a really nice soup especially for the winter nights🥰xxxx

That was a good shop I got 5 children all adults now but I used to shop about 2-3 times a week when they become teenagers and I always cooked fresh like you good luck with the gym and healthy eating I'm inquisitive about your new toy 🤗🫶🙏
It’s hard especially with teenagers as I usually get the “there’s nothing to eat” even when there’s a fridge full and then there’s the growing spurt where there’s no filling them 😂 and thanks sweetie I’m just making a couple of changes hopefully I can stick at it lol, I feel especially this time of year everyone has the goal 😂 I’ve just posted a short about it to give everyone an idea but I’m so excited 😆 the joys of been an adult 😂I’m hoping to do a full video next week xxxx
